You can delete your account and data at any time.
Option 1 – in the app (fastest)
Open BeHealthy4Me, go to Settings, then Delete Account, and confirm.
Option 2 – without the app
Email info@thenutraevolution.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my BeHealthy4Me account”. We will confirm and delete your account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your account, profile, username, quiz answers, programs, goals, progress, gems, Health Points and rewards.
What may be kept
Records we must keep by law, for as long as the law requires.
Important: deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription. Cancel it first in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.
