Terms of Service – GLP 4Me

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the GLP 4Me mobile application (“App”) operated by The NutraEvolution Dietetics LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using GLP 4Me, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. App Purpose
GLP 4Me is a companion tool designed to support individuals using GLP-1 medications. It provides tracking, personalized coaching, educational content, and habit-building features. This app is for informational and wellness support only and does not substitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult your healthcare provider before making changes to your medication, diet, exercise, or health routine.
2. Eligibility
To use GLP 4Me, you must be:
- At least 18 years old
- Residing in a country where this app is legally permitted
- Able to form a legally binding agreement
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any actions that occur under your account.
You agree not to share your account or impersonate another person or entity.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the app:
- For any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
- To collect data from other users
- To post false, misleading, or harmful information
- To upload content that is offensive, inappropriate, or violates the rights of others
Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. Health & Wellness Content
All content within GLP 4Me is for educational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice. Any recommendations or insights provided through tracking or AI features should be reviewed with your healthcare provider.
6. Data Privacy
We care about your privacy. Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including HIPAA where applicable.
We do not sell or share your health data with third parties for marketing.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful or abusive behavior.
You may terminate your account at any time via the app or by contacting support.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, branding, logos, app features, and content are the intellectual property of The NutraEvolution LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without our written permission.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as-is” and we make no warranties, express or implied, about its accuracy, reliability, or suitability. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from your use of the App.
10. Health Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
GLP 4Me is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App does not offer medical advice and is not operated by a healthcare provider.
Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before making any changes to your medication, nutrition, or exercise program.
Use of the App is at your own risk. You acknowledge that:
- We do not guarantee specific results from use of the App.
- We are not responsible for any adverse effects, delays in treatment, or decisions you make based on content provided in the App.
- The NutraEvolution LLC and its affiliates, directors, or employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. You will be notified of significant changes via in-app messaging or email. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
